We enlisted Zara Hudson-Kozdój (Max Richter, Celeste, London Contemporary Orchestra) to perform a variety of simple, sensual and strung-out loops, as well as a few classics for good measure, and now it’s over to you to weave this inimitable sound into your own works.

About Zara Hudson-Kozdój

Zara Hudson-Kozdoj is a Polish-Jamaican cellist, composer and conductor. Born and bred in North London, she was awarded a scholarship and bursary to study at the Royal College of Music where she completed both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Cello Performance and Conducting. Zara released her debut album ‘Remember Who You Are’ in October 2025 via Platoon (Apple Inc).

Alongside her solo work, Zara is part of Max Richter’s live and recording band and is part of Celeste’s band, as well as playing regularly with Chineke! Orchestra and the London Contemporary Orchestra. She has performed at The Royal Albert Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Barbican, Union Chapel, Rough Trade, Glastonbury, Village Underground, The Roundhouse and has toured extensively around Europe playing major concert halls.
