What is Song works?

It’s the coaching and consultancy wing of our studio. We take past and present lessons and share them to help others succeed.

Drawing on Will’s 20+ years in music and audio, where he’s built numerous sound businesses, from small independent labels to globally recognised music tech companies, Song Works allows leaders to tap directly into that experience for guidance and project work. Whether that’s private coaching and advisory sessions with  Will, to help you navigate your journey in building a business, or in-house projects directly managed by Will and his team, from content creation to operational management, we’re excited to see how we can help.

How Does It Work?

For advisory work, Will typically meets with clients for an hour, twice a month, online. The format can either be freeform, where the time is spent focusing on your most pressing thoughts and issues, or a more structured-coaching approach can be followed, developed and used by some of the best leadership coaches in the world.

For project work, we explore the most appropriate approach to get the work done whilst being as light-touch as possible. Our specialities lie in company strategy, operational growth and people management, branding and content creation.

If you’re a person or business who thinks they could benefit from our support, please contact hello@songathletics.com and we’ll set up an initial, free, consultation.

About Will

Song Athletics’ founder Will Evans has worked in music technology and the arts for over 20 years.
